B. ANALYSIS OF YOUR VISIT TO OUR WEBSITE

We use the analysis tool WP Statistics to statistically evaluate visitor access. The provider is Veronalabs, Tatari 64, 10134, Tallinn, Estonia (https://veronalabs.com).
With the help of WP Statistics, we can collect and analyze data about how visitors use our website. This allows us to determine, for example, when which page views occurred and which region they came from. In addition, we collect various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, etc.).
The data collected with WP Statistics is stored exclusively on our own server. We use WP Statistics with anonymized IP. Your IP address is shortened so that it can no longer be directly assigned to you.

We have a legitimate interest in analyzing the user behavior of our website visitors in order to optimize our website. The use of this analysis tool is based on Article 6 Sec. 1 (f) GDPR.

D. APPLICANT MANAGEMENT

PROCESSING YOUR DATA

After submitting your application, we will check your documents. You will then receive feedback from us. For a feedback we use the contact details you have provided. It can be done e.g. an invitation to an online or telephone interview or to send you an offer or Cancellation letter. Applications that reach us by post will be digitised by us.

We process the following data as part of the application process:

  • Your contact details such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number
  • Other personal data such as date of birth, nationality and marital status and salary data
  • Information regarding your career and your qualifications
  • Internal reviews such as notes, e.g. in the context of telephone interviews or job interviews

The legal basis for data processing is Section 26 para. 1 pc. 1 BDSG and Article 6 Sec. 1 (b) GDPR and, insofar as you have given your consent, for example by sending not necessary information for the application process, Article 6 Sec. 1 (a) GDPR.

ARE YOU REQUIRED TO PROVIDE DATA?

Processing your application is not possible without processing your personal data.

WHO GETS YOUR DATA?

Only our employees have access to the personal data necessary to perform the respective task.

An external service provider is used to operate our e-mail service. 

HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?

Your documents will be deleted three months after receiving a rejection letter. If you have applied for multiple positions, your documents will be deleted three months after receiving the rejection letter for the last open application.

In the event of a hiring, we will store your application documents and the data required to carry out the employment relationship until the employment relationship ends.
